O.K., first let's talk

O.K., first let's talk about the first love in my life, that's right...music. I have been playing now for the better part of 26 years and I still can't get enough of it. The instruments I play are: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and percussion. I am primarily a vocalist however and my true passion is playing solo acoustic shows. This strengthens the voice and is a really great workout professionally. I have made several different cd's cassettes vinyl etc. over the years for several different labels and at this point I have my own studio in Macon Georgia where I record and design my own cd's and cd's for other groups.

(Oh yeah... that's me up there playing guitar with a screwdriver, a technique I stole from my good friend Jamie Williamson... think yer good? I'll smoke yer ass!)

"YOU'RE IN THE ARMY NOW!"

What the hell was I thinking.....Just kidding, joining the U.S. Army was probably the best decision I ever made. If not for purely economical reasons, it has been a nice self-improvement tool for me, I was a failry "wild child" when I was younger let's face it ya gotta grow up sometime...and hey...it affords me the means to be a working musician...
heh heh.

Once again me back

Once again me back in the day playing bass with a freaky little Burlington Vermont band called cranial perch, it was a progressive rock band that was really good but no one liked it where we were.Pretty sad but we made a cd called "Fringe Benefits", and I wrote a couple songs on the album, "Lois" and "Winter". HEY...poke around on the internet and you might be able to find the c.d., some english on-line music stores actually still carry it.

I lived in Mannheim Germany

I lived in Mannheim Germany for four years while in my first term with the regular army. While I was there I formed a band with some friends called "MeatWagon" we played a really rockin' summer in 2002 and decided to keep it going in america, well in the winter of 2004 I came to Warner Robins, Georgia(don't ask) and the drummer(Charlie Haskins) and myself kept it going and we're still going although on a 12 month haitus whilst I am deployed, here's a shot of us playing at a bar called "Shenannigans" in Warner Robins, circa summer 2004.
